I've seen them give customers money back because it cost less money and man hours than they quoted. And I see them discounting those 'expensive parts' they insist on using, because they're superior and don't make their workmanship look bad when they fail yet don't want to pass the cost on to us, so eat it themselves. Tell me where else that happens? These people are special people, support them as they do our community!
